the institute adheres to the strategic guiding principle of "talent is the first resource, innovation is the first driving force", focuses on the high-quality development of talents, and has a research team composed of more than 300 scientific researchers with a b/s ratio of more than 60%, covering professional fields such as natural medicine chemistry, medicinal chemistry, traditional chinese medicine, pharmacy, drug analysis, drug toxicology, clinical medicine and so on, with rich experience in new drug development, pilot scale-up research and industrialization, reasonable personnel and professional allocation.
